I Didn't Build This Brand
by Playing It Safe.
I'm Morgan Ryals. You may know me as Morgan Chonis. Before the books and the awakening, there were years of coaching, producing events, and building businesses. I learned how to take an idea apart, see what it needed, and bring it into the world.
Then I wrote "Unravel the Bullsh*t", a memoir. Sacred Rebellion and Feral Grace followed. Now there are stacks of printed manuscripts in my hands. I've retired from coaching to give my full-time attention to publishing the books and tools I've already created.
I narrated the audiobook myself because every word in that book is personal. My husband and I built Sacred Market because I needed a home for all of this work. This is the generational wealth and legacy we are choosing to build.

2008 to 2013: Coaching, Retention, Leadership
I worked in academic success coaching and new student coordination. I studied withdrawal patterns, built plans to address them, and helped students work through the problems that stood between them and continuing their education. Retention and leadership training were at the center of that work.

From March 2014: Production and Business Building
My freelance work brought together event production, operations, sports marketing, business development, and consulting. Concepts became budgets, contracts, permits, vendor agreements, logistics, and live shows. That work included nonprofits and, over time, online brands.

2016 to 2019: Co-Founder and CEO
I co-founded and led an event management company. Full-scale production meant seeing the whole picture and taking responsibility for the details: venues, permitting, staffing, layouts, vendors, and operations.

2020 to 2026: Coaching Entrepreneurs and Writing Books
The freelance business continued to evolve. I took on more entrepreneurs, and business development became an increasing part of my coaching work. Alongside it, I kept writing. The books came out of those years, and the experience in education, production, and operations came with me.

Now: Publishing and Sacred Market
I've retired from coaching. My full-time attention is on publishing my books and the tools sold at Sacred Market. My husband and I built it to bring all of this work together. The experience didn't disappear when I stopped coaching. It lives in what I'm publishing.

The Life I Built

I've written from a jungle balcony in Costa Rica and narrated my audiobook in LA. Now I've made another decision: to give the books and tools my full-time attention. I needed room for everything I've already created.
Sacred Market is the home my husband and I built for that work. The legacy is ours to choose.
